Friday Sept. 30th at Bear Creek Camping
7pm arrival time
Dark Thirty – Campfire program lead by the Wolves. All Dens should have a skit or song prepared
Saturday
Breakfast
9 to 11 – Dens should work on Outdoor requirements, Webelos to prepare religious services for Sat. night.
Lunch
2pm – ALL Hike to Big Poplar Tree – all Scouts should have a day pack with the 6 essential hiking items (look in your book but this will do http://cubscoutideas.com/4609/cub-scout-six-essentials-for-hiking/) Conservation – We will pick up trash on the way back (requirement)
Dinner – Dark Thirty – Campfire program lead by the Wolves. Religious services to be lead by the Webelos. (This is another requirement)
Sunday – clean up and pack out Trash your Trash
Meals
Everyone is responsible for their own meals. Bears and Webelos should cook at least one meal on their own (breakfast or lunch). That is a requirement.Everyone should have a mess kit, even adults. Please do not bring plastic cups and plates. Follow the 3 R’s, Reuse, Recycle and Reduce. We will have to carry out all the garbage that is brought in. (there are trash cans but they fill up)
Tents
Webelos (4th and 5th Graders) should pitch a tent on their own or with a buddy. Cub Scouts should pitch their own tent with the help of an adult. If you have extra tents bring them.

Right then forge the creek and park
Firewood
Yes, you may bring firewood for a modest fire, the flames don’t need to be more than knee high. Webelos may build start the fire at the designated time.
